• Satisfaction Guarantee: If our network hospital or physician is found to have been negligent in the performance of your procedure (medical malpractice), we will  reimburse you the entire cost you paid for your medical procedure;

and,

• Quality Care Assurance: If the hospital or physician is found to have been negligent in the performance of your procedure (medical malpractice), we will pay the reasonable cost, up to $50,000, for corrective surgery at a physician of your choice in your home country.
