Contact Us:  Decide on what medical or dental procedure you are interested in and contact us via the online inquiry form on the contact page, or via email (info@medbirds.com), or call us toll free at (888) 756-7774.

Information and Planning:  One of our Case Managers will contact you within 24 hours and provide you with detailed information about your doctor, procedure(s) and hospital, including a price quotation.  We will help you with all the arrangements, including the transfer of any necessary medical records as well as booking air and hotel accommodations.

Arrival:  Upon arrival in Asia, you will be greeted at the airport and chauffeured to your hotel.  When you feel like it, you can take advantage of sightseeing and shopping in your destination country.  We can help guide you on the many attractions available in the area.  Throughout your stay, if you have any questions or requests, you will always have someone available to assist you 24/7.

Appointment:  When it is time for your appointment with the doctor, you will be picked up from your hotel and chauffeured to the hospital. During admission, you’ll make payment to the hospital directly, usually by credit card.  You will meet with your doctor, who will go over every aspect of your procedure in detail.  You’ll be able to communicate clearly with all medical staff in English.  We will stay in contact with you throughout your stay and once the medical team has determined you’re ready for discharge, you will be chauffeured back to your hotel.

Return:  When it is time for you to return home, you will be picked up at your hotel and chauffeured to the airport.  We will follow-up with you and stay connected with you should you have questions for your overseas doctor on post-care issues.
